Is this the same as a pre-purchase home inspection?
No. This is a maintenance and condition inspection, not a pre-purchase home inspection. It is designed for landlords, managers, and owners who need a documented condition record and a repair list.

What does a property maintenance company actually do?
We handle the repairs and upkeep a property needs between big projects: handyman repairs, drywall and paint touch-ups, fixture swaps, door and lock work, exterior repairs, rental turnovers, inspections, and recurring maintenance visits. One company instead of five.

How do you price jobs?
Two ways. Most repair visits are billed in hourly blocks with a short minimum, plus parts at cost. Defined jobs like a turnover, a deck re-stain, or a full-room repaint get a flat written quote before we start. Plan members get a lower hourly rate.
