Website use

The content on fixhaven.co is provided for general information about FixHaven Property Maintenance and its services. Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a service agreement until we confirm scope, pricing, and schedule with you.

Estimates and pricing

Repair work is billed in hourly blocks plus materials unless a flat written quote is provided. Quotes are based on the scope described and conditions observed; hidden conditions discovered during work may change the scope, and we will get your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Scope of services

FixHaven provides handyman, repair, and property maintenance services. The scope of each job is confirmed with you before work begins, in writing for quoted projects. Any change in scope is approved by you before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments without reasonable notice may be subject to a trip fee.

Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. If something we did is not right, tell us promptly and we will correct it. Materials are covered by their manufacturer warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixHaven's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
